Where are you traveling this year?

This is probably my favorite question. Here are my 2017 travel plans so far!
(If I'm not already planning on being in your area, send me a message, and let's see what we can do to fix that.)

March: Des Moines, Iowa
April: Reykjavik, Iceland; Paris, France
May: Paris, France; Nice, France; Des Moines, Iowa
November: Paris, France; London, England; Los Angeles, California
December: Des Moines, Iowa

I travel and shoot all over the U.S. and will gladly travel to meet up and capture images for you.

My passport is current and ready to go at a moment's notice. I love international photography more than anything else and would love to talk about creating priceless photos wherever you're located or traveling.

What do I wear for my shoot?

Questions about wardrobe top the list in frequency. Before I got into photography, I majored in apparel design, and I currently do extensive commercial work with interior decorators, so I love these types of questions.

Wear what feels comfortable. If you're uncomfortable in your clothes, you will look uncomfortable in the photos.

I often work with clients on styling and wardrobe options, so feel free to ask me for access to my private Pinterest boards or share a board with me for help on achieving a certain look.

Base recommendations always include flowy dresses or skirts for women, in either bold florals or solid colors, giving your hair beach waves or going au naturelle, and putting on a touch of make-up to highlight your natural features. For men I recommend a recent haircut or beard trim to look fresh but not straight out of the barber's chair, trim jeans, and v-necks or oxford shirts in a tailored fit.

My favorites? Tattoos, skinny jeans, mascara, muscles, and guys' hair that looks like David Beckham's.

How do I order prints?

If you're looking for a friend or family member's gallery and want to order prints as a gift or to beautify your walls, here are my client galleries

Any other questions?

Get at me! There's no question you should be afraid to ask. I work with groomsmen on the regular; I've probably already heard it.
